Widow of Bristol man dead from meningitis after waiting five hours for an ambulance

Mthuthuzeli Mpongwana, 38, died of meningitis after suddenly taking ill in his Bristol home on January 5. He was forced to wait five hours before being treated in hospital after his wife phoned 111.
